- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Medical devices: For health and safety reasons, medical devices cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Apparel Items: Please carefully review the apparel descriptions and size charts before placing an order. Due to the nature of dropshipped apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or order wrong color issues.
**Process for Returns:**
